<li>Add onions to hot oil, saute until translucent (about 2-3 min.)</li>
<li>Add add bell peppers, cook for another 4 minutes.</li>
<li>Once cooked take from heat into a container, set aside</li>
<li>In remaining oil cook sausage, once cooked re-introduce veggies to skillet</li>
<li>Add diced tomatoes, italian seasoning, salt + pepper to taste</li>
<li>Set heat on low cover and let simmer for 20 minutes.</li>

<li>Add cooked pasta to sauce, stir until all of pasta is drenched in sauce</li>
<li>Add cup of sour cream, stir until evenly distributed, cover and cook for another 5 minutes on low</li>
