This week instead of posting a recipe we are having a contest, It’s real EZ and here’s how it works.  Send us your unique recipe with pictures and how to make your special dish, if we choose your recipe you will win $100.00!  Not only will you get paid, your recipe will be featured on January 4, 2009 blog post.  See the entry rules for more details.

Entry Rules and Regulations:

1. Only 1 recipe per person.

2. Must be a unique recipe and easy to do.

3. All recipes must be submitted before Dec 14, 2008 any recipe submitted after this date will be deleted.

4. No purchase necessary.

5. All recipe submissions will be property of EZMealsOnline.com.

6. All recipes must be submited to recipes@pmpdesigns.com 

Once a recipe has been submitted, we will review the recipe and determine whether it passes the necessary criteria before testing.  By submitting material for publication, you authorize EZMealsOnline and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners and licensees unrestricted use of the material, including your name, city and state. We reserve the right to modify, reproduce and distribute the material in any medium and in any manner. We ask that you agree to the following disclaimer before submitting your original recipe. This disclosure, and all previous or additional disclosures related to the recipe(s) submitted herewith or at any time, shall be subject to the provisions of this Agreement. In consideration of review and consideration of these materials by EZMealsOnline, I agree that EZMealsOnline may review this information on the following terms and conditions: 1. Disclosure of this information is entirely voluntary on my part and EZMealsOnline cannot undertake to keep it in confidence. I understand that no confidential relationship whatsoever is established by or is to be implied from this submission or consideration of the submitted material, and that such material is not submitted in confidence, and that this submission, along with my name, and city and state of residence, may be posted on the interest or otherwise disseminated to the general public, and that is, in fact, the intent with which I submitted it. 2. Except to the extent that I have or obtain a valid patent, copyright or other registration on my recipe, EZMealsOnline, its subsidiaries, and related entities, shall have the right to use and exploit the information in any way. This recipe is entirely original, and I have not copied or obtained it from any other source and I am unaware of any other person or entity with any rights in or to this recipe, or any part thereof.
