BBQ CHICKEN
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
6 chicken thighs
2 bell peppers (any color)
1 cup od your favorite BBQ Sauces
1/3 honey
2 tbsp. molasses
1 tbsp. mustard
salt + pepper
Directions:
1. In large container combine: bbq sauce, honey, molasses and mustard. Add thigh one at time, soak all thighs & set in refrigerator.


2. Slice bell peppers, combine with chicken. Season with 1tsp. salt + pepper.


3. Preheat outdoor grill for medium high heat and lightly oil grate. Grill chicken over medium high heat for 8 to 12 per side, until internal temp reaches 180 degrees F (80 degrees C)



4. Serve with your favorite rice and ENJOY!
